about this matter regarding the bear and the new fella.
i believe if someone is preventing u from doing ur own work, by
giving u more and more of his stuff especially when its unrelated
to you, something has to be done.
whether its to the extreme case of backstabbing him to get him
sacked, or just telling him off in the face a step should still be
taken, rather then let this kinda behaviour goes unpunished.
if he does it to you, and you might not wanna sink into his lvl,
but perhaps you should think of others around as well. if he could
do it to you, he could probably do it to anyone else who's nice and
friendly. how many more will suffer under his hands.
perhaps a little evil for the
greater good will be apt in this case.
